Morayo Safuriat Ayomikun was born on January 2, 1969 to the family of Balogun, in Ijebu Ayepe, Ogun State, Nigeria. A devoted Muslim
She was a graduate of Ogun State Polytechnic and lived a life marked by courage, movement, and family. Her journey took her from Nigeria to London, to United States then Canada, carrying with her the resilience and warmth that defined her.
She was a devoted mother to her three children — Shuaib, Safwan, Shazia Ibraheem and to their father Sulaimon Ibraheem — and her lovely siblings, family and friends. She made her loved ones the center of her world. Those who knew her remember her strength, kindness, her caring for family, and the grace she showed through every chapter of her life.
Morayo returned to her maker after a brief illness. She will be deeply missed, but her love and legacy live on through her children and all whose lives she touched.
